The Trust Building, formerly the “Daily Telegraph” premises, hus been sold subject to the approval of rhe Equity Court, for £273,000. The (Public Trustee will seek the ratification by the Court at any moment. WELLINGTON, August 12. On August 20th an action will, begin in the Supreme Court at Wellington by the Public Trustee as liquidator of Sterling'lnvestments and Pacific Exploration (two associate companies of the Investment Executive Trust) against John William Shaw McArthur in connection with the yacht Morewa, the amount involved being the stated value of the yacht when built—about £10)000. NOT TFAKE.” WELLINGTON, August 13. A telegraphic errjor occurred in the distribution of a press message giving the verdict of the jury in the ease of J. W. S. McArthur, who, was found guilty on two charges of circulation of false prospectuses. The word “false” was transmitted to some 'Offices as “fake” in two separate sentences, the erroq apparently, being due to misreading the handwriting in the original message,
