(Per Press Association A AUCKLAND. August 10. Admitting that he had stolen goods valued at £217 from the firm of outfitters by whom he was employed, John Burns, aged 29, a window-dresser alleged that he carried out the thefts at the suggestion of another man. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Arthur Ernest Tapp, aged 44, a billiards marker, was charged with receiving goods valued at £lB from John Burns, knowing them to have been dis--honestly obtained. He was reinande '.
