Boost ridge said that with Cobden and Grevmouth now together it represented 59.17 pet; cent. o,f the total representation in th,. ilistric-, and for that representation the borough head five members. It was a ques lion whether .he Council should not consider asking for further representation on the basis, perhaps, that the Runanga and Brunner Boroughs be joined together, having one representative.
