The Egyptian Parliament has ye. -jcieted the remaining two Ti'.vefik. Nessim Pasha, and Fakhry Pasha. It has appointed Prince Mohammed Aly. former Foreign Minister; Abdel Izza> Pasha, the Queen's brother; and Sherif Sabrv Pasha. Pr'i’nee Aly wTll receive twenty thousand sterling a year, and the other two fifteen. thousand each. A Royal decree n ominate s Nessim Pasha as a Sena!or.
