The Australian Broadcasiing Commission is taking action against poor speakers who spoil many good talks It wilt begin with the correction of speakers’ fiaiilt’s and rehearsals of talks. In bad cases, recordings will be made, and “ offenders’ ’ will be compelled to listen to their own voices. “We hope the speakers will be thdir own severest, critics ’’ remarked Air W. J.
