VICTORIA THEATRE
TO-NIGHT (THURSDAY). Last night was the long-awaited opening of the popular Now Victoria Theatre, and certainly it is a transformation. One could hardly believe it possible that such.a big alteration eouid be made in the time. The feature attraction for this (Thursday) evening is "Mr. Cinders,” a British comedy, with four snappy musiea’ numbers, the stars being Clif4prd Mollison and Zelma O’Neill. "Mister Cinders” ran as a successful stage play in London for two years It is a feast of glorious entertainment— Ihe happiness picture of 1935. and it is approved for Universal Exhibition, with excellent talkie shorts. Box plan for reserves at' Morgan’s near theatre. In addition to the above programme to-night (Thursday) will be the personal appearance on the stage of Mr Boy Dixon the Knight of the Wheel, who wilj relate SO me of bis experiences while o n his travels. Mr D'ixon travels by cycle and carries a pack weighing 213 lbs., including a type-writer and a radio receiving set
