Sailed, at 2.55 a.m., Kiwitea, for Greymouth NOTES. The Harbour Board last evening rc ported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 20ft Ilin. The Kartigi sailed early yesterday morning for Miramar. Wellington, Auckland >and. Portland. The Kaimai is due on Friday to load for Wellington and Miramar. She is scheduled Ho leave New Plymouth at 11 o’clock this morning. The Kiwi tea left Gisborne yesterday morning for Greymouth, to load for Auckland and Portland. The Kaitoa, which sailed on Monday with timber for Petone, is due backlate in the week, to again load timber for Petone.
The Titoki leaves Wellington to day for Westport and Greymouth with general cargo. She is due here tomorrow evening, and after discharge she load s coal for Nelson and Tarakohe.
The Gabriella is due .about August 22 to load timber for Melbourne. The Port. Waikato is due about August 23 t'o load a full cargo of ’timber for Sydney and Newcastle. The Totara, which sailed On Monday evening for New Plymouth, returns on Friday to load timber for Miramar and Wellington.
The Karepo was ready to sail, yesterday morning, but the bar was too rough at high tide. Sh 0 sails when conditions are. favourable for Melbourne and Adelaide. Xhe James Cook is to sail at the week-end, with timber for Brisbane. "The Abel Tasman, wnich arrived on Monday morning from’ Port Chalmers, is to sail on Friday with timber for Sydney, Newcastle and Melbourne.
