NEW BUILDING
STATE LIFE INSURANCE. WELLINGTON, August 12. It was announced to-day that a contract for the fabrication and erection of the steel framework of the new Government Life Insurance Building at Wellington had been let to William Cable and Company, of Wellington. The total quantity of steel involved is nearly three thousand tons and the value of the contract to the Yorkshire manufacturers is approximate y £35.000.
