Why is a mail bug turned inside out every time it is used 0 Post a' officials follow a strict rule in 'this respect when t'hey empty a bag of it- contents. They have no need to starch for sma’l articles which may possibly have got into a comer, be cause as a matter of routine the Lag must be reversed, lit has arrived with an address “North to South’’, but when turned inside out another address appears 44 South to North ’ which enables it to he used for the return journey without further labelling Mail bags once placed on a- route travel lackwards .and forwards until their life is ended, the only variation in the proceedings being occasional washing and repairing.
