DISPOSAL OF TRUST BUILDING. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable AssnD SYDNEY July 30. Before the Chief Justice in Equity. Mr Justice Long Innes, an application was made by the Public Trustee for an order authorising him Co sei the Trust Building in liquidation of lhe Southern British National Trust. The Court made an order for sale by auction, or private treaty, at a reserve which /was fixed but was not disclosed. The Public Trustee was also given authority to expend money in improving the building for lotting purposes.
