HOLDING COMPANIES
N.R.A. DISSOLUTION MEASURE. (Received June 12, 9.20 p.m.) WASHINGTON. June 11. The United States Senate, by fiftysix votes to thirty-three, has passed the Wheeler-Rayburn Bill, which regulate., u'tility holding companies. It: provides for the dissolution of “unnecessary” companies within five years. ■
