(Received Mav 29, 8.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 29. At to-day’s wool sales, 10,110 hales were' offered, 9,060 being sold, also 2,105 ffalcs privately. Although there was some irregularity in the case of medium to coarse descriptions, or faulty crossbreds, prices otherwise were equal to the best point of the week, with excellent competition from Japan and the Continent for merino and comeback descriptions. Greasy merino sold to 19d.
