IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE. (Received Mav 24. 8.10 p.m.) LONDON, May 24. ‘ ‘ The Times’s ’ ’ Paris correspondent says: The Government of France, with a falling revenue, and a creeping paralysis of industry and of exports, faces a prospective deficit of •23 millions sterling.
