In the Rugby League Cup final, at Wembley, Castleford defeated Hud dersfield bv 11 to 8.
About forty thousand, mostly northerners. saw Castleford defeat Huddersfield in the Rugby League final at Wembley. The winners had the upper hand almost throughout. The Huddersfield team which included seme Australians, could do nothing right in attack, while their defence was uncertain.
Castleford, on the contrary, plaved confidently, and deserved a bigger margin of victory.
