TO BURN ANOTHER LINER. (Received Mav 3, 9 p.m.) HAVANA. May 2. Six Spanish residents of Cuba wore arrested and charged with plotting to destroy vessels of the Spanish trans Atlantic Line. The immediate cause of arrest was the interception of a letter from Barcelona, Spain, allegedly instructing the men to take the necessary action to precipitate a disaster on the steamer “Macallanes,” similar to that on the <<Morro Castle’* fire disaster.
