TIMOR OIL RIGHTS
LEASE TO JAPAN. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.) TOKIO, March 29. A Dutchman, Baron van Yzeren, who makes the claim that he possesses the sole concession for petroleum, manganese and gold in Portuguese Timor, is busily negotiating a lease to a Japanese syndicate. Baron van Yzeren savs that the prospects are promising. The navy is greatly interested.
