NEW AUSTRALIAN DEPARTURE. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.) MELBOURNE, March 22. The Federal Government has decided to establish a corps of Federal police officers in Victoria for the protection of Commonwealth property and enforcement of Federal legislation. Similar forces will probably be established in New South Wales and possiblv in other States.
