(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 13. The weather report and forecast are as follows:— General situation: The northern depression has been losing intensity, while . anti-cyclones have been located respectively east of the South Island and over South-eastern Australia. Forecast: Winds between north-easterly to south-easterly prevailing, strong in parts of the far north and north-east districts: otherwise light to moderate. Seas (New Zealand waters) rough north of Gisborne; rather rough north of Cape Egmont; elsewhere smooth to moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Moderate to fresh east to south winds; moderate to rather ijough seas. Weather for the most part fair to cloudy. Isolated showers are likely, mainly in the northern and eastern districts. Temperatures warm, but becoming cooler shortly in the south.
