Sally Eilers has the featured role, and with Norman Foster opposite her, the romantic young lovers of “State Fair’’ are again brought together. Ralph Morgan heads the supporting cast. which also includes Rosita Moreno, famous Spanish actress and dancer: Rochelle Hudson, beautiful young screen newcomer; Fredrie Sant ley, Marjorie Gateson, Mary Mason and Margaret Seddon.
