PLUNKET SOCIETY
The monthly meeting o f 'he Committee of the Grey P’unket Society was hold in the rooms on. Thursday afternoon. Present: Mesdames J)ennchy (President). Wilde, Fletcher, Muir,, Phillips, Frederics, Leahy, Mowatt and Miss Alderson. Apologies were received from Mesdames Bunt and Harris. Correspondence was received from Miss Fitzgibbon, nursing adviser to the Council stating that* Nurse Simpyon would relieve Nurse Rawlings for annual holiday as soon as Nurse Gee resumed duty. Rev. Hamilton (Kumam), wrote stating that the Anglican Schf.olp.iom would be available for use by the Plunket Nurse, free of charge. Arrangements were made to hold Plunket Day on December 1. Master Barrie Bird was the winner of the shawl, in the guessing competition. The Nurse’s report for September was as follows: Headquarters—Visits to office 463, visits to- homes 117; Outstations.—Visit’s to office visits to homes 147.
