ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the West Coast Old Boys’ Association was held • :ii Friday evening, in the Club rooms. Town Hall. Mr Geo. Groom presiding over a go id attendance of members. The President submitted (he following annual report:—” In pre<*uting to you (he sixteenth annual balance sheet, if is jileasing to be able to report, not withstanding the continued quiet times, that the year’s work has resulted in a small of £4. However, there is a liability of about £79 just incurred 1.. the renewal of the bi’lliard tabes. The general revenue has fallen off •n respect of menibe's’ tickets £•> 7s 6.1, and billiard ami < <trd room £3l 8s 7d. in comparison wi.th last year, the other revenue being about the same. Regarding the expenditure, there has not been anv payments that could bi* classed as capital expenditure, and the co.-l of lighiug has dropped £4 13s 5d ami fires £2 2s Cd. the other items remaining about the same as previous years. The returns from the billiard tables should also from now on show a marked improvement, as new cloths ami cushions have been put on both tables, and the tables are as good as new.
