GREY LADIES’ CHAMPIONSHIP. i The final of the Greymouth Senior Ladies’ Golf Championship was played yesterday at the Kaiata links, under excellent conditions. The finalists, Miss N. Tennent and Mrs J. W. Hannan, both played excellent golf, Miss Tennent, having a narrow victory, one up at the 19th hole. Mrs Hannan was two up at the 15th hole, but at the 17th Miss Tennent was one up. Mrs Hannan squared at the 18th, and at the 19th got on to the green in three. Miss Tennent was further away than Mrs Hannan, but holed a very long putt in four. Mrs Hannan failed to hole with her first putt, taking five, and thus giving Miss Tennent the match.
