DAMAGES FOR CLERGYMAN. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN. August 18. Deciding that the speed of th<‘ motorist was too great, and that L»‘ should have regulated his speed on a bend of the r.r.id. Judge Kennedy gave judgment for £3.92 damages m favour of James Gemmell, a Fresh vterian minister, of- Warrington, who was a passenger in a buggy struck by a motor, and <was thrown out, suffering au injury.
