ON IMMIGRANTS. WELLINGTON, August 17. Advice has been received by the Gnveminent that a large number of persons are entering Palestine on passports bearing “Travellers” visas /which 'Jjaoje been obtained on the basis that these people intend merelv to visit the country, but who then remain on in Palestine after their arrival there. The Minister of Internal -Affairs Mr Young, stated to-night that in futuire applicants for travellers’
visas may have to furnish a deposit of £6O.
