ARAHURA FAT STOCK SALE. Messrs M. Houston and Co. report: There was an excellent yarding of fat cattle at Monday’s sale, our. entry consisting of 30 head, and 54 fat sheep, which were submitted to a very good attendance of buyers. The sale was a particularly good one, the prices realised at last sale being fully maintained, and in some cases were exceeded. Prime ox and heifer beef sold from 24s to 26s per hundred, cow beef from 18s to 225, and extra prime runners to 28s. We sold as follows: —On
account of client, 30 prime heavy wethers at 31s (Id, 24 ewes at 245. On account of J. Adamson, 2 runners at £2 Us, 1 bullock at £5 17s 6d, I run tier at £2 12s, 1 at £3 (is, 1 steer at £5 15s, 2 runners at £2 18s, 1 at £3 6s. On account of estate of W. F.
