The Harbour Office last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesteaday was 20ft 4in. The Tot ara w.i 11 sail at noon tomorrow with timber for Petone and Welington. The Gn brief la will sail on Friday with timber for Sydney. The Kaimiro. wh ch is loaded 'wi‘h over a million feet of timber for Melbourne, will sail to-day. provided the bar is suitable to negotiate with her draught of approximately eighteen feet. Part of her cargo has been removed. The John arrived last evening from New J’lvni'outh with general cargo. Tin* Kini left Wel ington yesterday for Grevmouth and Westport. with cargo. She is dee to-day, and will load coal for Wellington, Miramar, ••nd New Plymouth.
The Kaitoa is due this mortning from Nelson, with Wel’ington transhipments. After discharge, she will load <naj for Nelson. The Abel Tasman is due to morrow from Auckland to load timber for Sydney and Newcastle. The A oxander is due to-morrow from Nelson to load coal for Wanganui. sailing via Westport. The Titoki left. Tarakohe yesterday ■’nd w : ll leave Wellington to-day for West port an J Greyinouth. On arrive she. w 11 load coal for Tarakohe. The Rata will leave Napier to-day for West port and Grey mouth. She will load coal for Nelson. The Kiwitea is due on Thursday, from Wellington to load coal for Wellington and Auckland. The Kaimai is due on Thursday, to load coal for Wellington. The Poolta is due tn return o.i Saturday next from Auckland to load coal for Wellington.
