REARMAMENT
British Cabinet “STUMPED" THIS TIME. LONDON. May 10. The (’abinel has again discussed the disarmament question. The “Daily Herald’s” political correspondent says; Mr Ramsay MacDonald expressed himself strongly about the isolationist prupaganda being carried on outside of the Cabinet, and he demanded that the sniping should cease. The ‘‘Daily Telegraph’’ says it learns that the Cabinet definitelv reached a conclu ion that it cannot place any fresh proposals before the D'sarmament < 'on I'erenre on June 29. Ministers fully recognise that difli•■n'ly will possibly be experienced in keeping the disarmament ‘ <-ks alive it says, but it 's felt that a failure cannot be envi aged while tin* Power.are still meeting.
