Gibb presided. A competition for six best plain scones was won by Airs J. Pope Each member was asked to bring some hand work, and this was most interesting. The entertainment for tlr.> evening was in the capable hands of Sister Mem-e. Alissas Himmsell and D. Graham. Sister Meuro recited, and the remainder -of the hnlf hour was spent in charades. Supper was served bvi Mrs J. Graham and Mis s K. Graham, who were hostesses for tin 4 evening.
