(Per Press Association.) MELBOURNE, February 14. The Lawn Tennis Council has approved the Queensland proposal, that Moon should go overseas with the Davis Cup. team. The conditions are that Queensland pays hi> expenses, and that he goes as an independent and accredited representative. SYDNEY. February 14. The New South Wales tennis players are officially graded as follows: Crawford, McGrath, Dunlop, Thompson, Walker, Moore, Willard, Donohoe, Rodgers and Chrystal. . Sproule was not graded, owing to insufficient performances.
