Ai.olhor youth, William John Jar dine, was charged with assisting Wyber to 'scape. \\yb‘ r was arrestod on a uhaigc of obscene ’anguage. Later, a’ constable saw Jardine interfering with the lock-up door, and investigating found tin 4 cell door open, the prison' r having escaped.’ Both were afterwards arWyber said he was lying down when someone caught him by the foot telling him 1o go for his life. Both the accused were committed to th' 1 ISupreni(< Court for sentence.
