Surplus Inreasing (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.) ROME, March 30. The International Institute of Agri- * culture reports that the world wheat production for 1932 was below that of 1931 owing to smaller crops in Russia, China and Turkey. Tho exportable surplus on August 1, 1932 wai 565 million bushels, which is expected to reach 650 million bushf els by August 1, 1933. An improvement in tho world economic situation is the only hope of the absorption of these supplies.
