He allegedly posed as a Rumanian, while he was really an Australian. BRITISH POST OFFICE SURPLUS. (Receiv'd February 9 at 7.35 p’.ni.) LONDON. February 9. The net, Post Office surplus for 19311932 is the largest recorded, it being £10,631,794. The surplus is mainly due to the postal services. The telegraph service lost £809,754. JSenor R>ca and the other members of the special mission from the Argentine Government were th'* guests of the Primp Minister at luncheon at No. 10 Downing Street, This evening a dinner was given in their honour by the Prim° Minister at the Foreign Office.
