LEADS TO DIVORCE. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, December 7. A suggestion was made by Chici Justice Myers in the Supreme Couit to-day, at the hearing of a petition for a divorce by Arthur James Heighway, journalist,, of Wellington,' from Katherine Napier Heighway, that no advantage was to be gained by thrashing out in Court the allegations made iu the suit. The suggestion was acted I upon by tho counsel for the parties. ; The petition was based on a deed 'of separation, and, after His Honor Lad indicated his views 'of the position counsel asked, and were granted leave to take an adjournment -with a view to some arrangement being made. Subsequently, after formal evidence had been heard. Mrs Heighway wu.-d granted a decree nisi.
