GOVERNMENT STANDS ITS GROUND. LONDON, December 7. “The Times” correspondent at Teheran says: The Persian Government's reply regarding the Anglo-Persian oil concession to Britain maintains that Persia is fully justified in annulling the concession, and this is Jte Persian Government’s final decision.
