TOR KILLING A COW. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn). CALCUTTA, October 16. Details of the Dudhlada outrage (on Friday) disclose that the trouble arose through the Hindus’’ resentment of a Aloslem stealing and killing a sacred cow. On the following day, three Sikhs, armed with rifles, ran amok in a village firing at every Moslem, inClud-l ing beggars, killing seven, and -wounding nine, including f-wo women. They! then rushed to a nearby village and murdered eight, including five men in one family, and injuring fifteen. Tt is recalled that a year ago, a Hindu murdered eleven Moslems in a village in the same district, as a sequel to killing a cow.
