Show Profits (From Our Parliamentary Reporter.! PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS, September 23. Since their inception the State Coal Mines have shown net profits amounting to £146,293 16s Sd. For the year ended on March 31, the State Mines showed a profit of £3146 4s lOd.

These facts are contained in the annual report of the State Mines. The Liverpool Mine showed a net profit of £1789 8s Id, and the Janies Mine a net profit of £2027 4s lOd.

The MacDonald Colliery account ihowed a profit of £7Bl 18s sd.
