GENERAL CABLES
LONDON, September 23.. The French Marine Court investigation, at Algiers, revealed no unusual features connected with the wreck of the Ferndale on June 17. The British Board of Trade decided that further inquiry was unnecessary. The owners dealt with certain officers held blameworthy by the French Court, but the Captain was exonerated.
