Owing to there being a heavy track, McAuley’s and Emerson’s teams, and Gold Mag were trained at Rosebery this morning. At Randwick, Prince ran five furlongs in 1.134. Silver Ring went seven furlongs in 1.39. Chatham beat Cylinder ovQr seven furlongs in 1.354. Historic covered the same distance in 1.40. Gaine Carrington and Peter Jackson ran a mile together in 1.54. Autopay ran the hist two- furlongs of a strong work-out in twenty-six seconds. Forestry and Lavington ran seven furlongs in 1.40.
