Demand is There
A canvass was some time ago made by a Board official of the Totara Flat Ahaura and Rotomanu districts, and with one or two exceptions, the resi- _ dents were exceedingly keen to have • electricity installed at the earliest opportunity. It is also certain that a request will be made to extend the reticulation to Ikamatua. In order to facilitate the reading of meters and allowing consumers to pay the small monthly amounts, instead of paying larger accounts every two months, the Board have recently appointed an extra meter reader and meters will now be read monthly instead of every two months as formerly. •
