DISARMAMENT
A GERMAN WARNING. BERLIN, May 11. A solemn warning to the world that Germany will not submit to the present inequality in armaments, was u - tered by Chancellor Bruening to a:i attentive Reichstag. He declared that although Germany bad almost completely disarmed, the rest or Europe was increasing armaments far beyond th,, pre-war level. I ermany did not desire to arm such an extent, but merely wanted equality.
