IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Resolution was passed at a Special Meeting of the Greymouth Borough Council held ou I THURSDAY, the 21st day of April, 1932, viz:— RESOLUTION: The Greyniouth Borough Council under and by virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and its Amendments, and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf doth hereby make by way of Special Order a By-law for the purpose of amending and repealing portions of the Consolidated By-law, 1903, and the Amending By-law, 1924, of the Borough of Greymouth and such By-law shall come into force on the Ist day of JUNE, 1932. The above resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 26th day of MAY, 1932, at 7.30 p.m. The object and purport of the proposed By-law are as follows:— Defining "Intersection” and "Intersecting” as applied to streets. Amending By-law relating to the Greymouth Cemetery in respect to size and purchase price of burial plots. Amending By-law defining "Inner Area. ’ ’ Amending By-law relating to particulars to be furnished relative to proposed buildings on submission of plans and specifications to the Borough Engineer. Amending By-law relating to building permit fees. Prohibiting stopping of vehicles at intersections. A full copy of this By-law is deposited at the Office of the Greymouth Borough Council, Mackay Street, Greymouth, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the said 26th day of May, 1932.
