AIAKURA CLUB The match for the trophy donated by Miss Hambleton resulted as follows:— First Round: Mis Murray beat MrsHaglund. Mrs Robertson beat Miss Pratt. 2nd Round: Mrs Thomas beatMrs M. Phillips, Mrs Reynolds beat Mrs Murray, Mrs Topliss beat Mrs Robertson. Mrs Tennent beat Mrs Coburn. Semi-final: Mrs Reynolds beat Mrs Thomas, Mrs Tennent beat Mrs Topliss. In the final game Mrs Reynolds defeated Mrs Tennent. Mrs Reynolds has been playing very good croquet and is to be congratulated on her win. A Yankee tournament has been held during the season and was won t>v Mrs Whibley with a total of 40.3 points. The greens will be closed for the season on Wednesday, and the annual meeting will be held on Friday.
