Interviewed, Mr Hogan expressed himself aggrieved because he understands that the cablegram sent by him to Mr Tunnecliffe on April 15? in favour of the re-enactment of the Premiers’ Plan, was supp’ressed, and not even read when members of the Cabinet discussed the election policy. He declares its is a choice between honour and dishonour. “I adhere to my political principled,” he said, “supporting the whole of the Premiers’ Plan.
