FRENCHMAN BEATS BORG’S RECORDS. (Australian an,d N.Z. Cable Assn.) PARIS, Apr'l 24. The swimmer Taris in the free style swam four hundred metres in 288 2-5 seconds and five hundred metres in 361 1-5 seconds thus beating Arne Borg’s two world records for those distances.
