HUSBAND DIES (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn). SYDNEY, April 24. Mr Saywell, who with his wife, was attacked while asleep at their palatial mansion, with a hammer and was baclly battered about the head died in the hospital at mid-night on Saturday. Mrs Saywfill is still unconscious, iThere is little hope of her recovery. The police are guarding the residence. They have scant clues as yet, except the hammer used, which was found in a nearby field. The motive, remains a mystery. The police are seeking for finger print#.
