Election Campaign i LABOUR DISUNITED. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn). MELBOURNE, April 25. The Victorian Labour Party on the evo of the election are at loggerheads. Several ministerialists and others aro desirous for continuance of the fiinancial rehabilitation plan. They have been ostracised, and their endorsement as official labour candidates has been withheld. Those so affected include the Premier, Mr Hogan, who is absent on a health trip, and Mr Bond, while Messrs Jones, Angus and Jackson have resigned from the party. PREMIER INTERVIEWED. MILAN, April 24. Mr Hogan (Victorian Premier) interviewed as he departed from here for Geneva, said that he knew nothing of the .resignations of Messrs Jones and Kiernan.
