N.Z. UNIVERSITY CONTESTS. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON. March 29. With the deciding of the tennis championship, the 1932 University tournament ended. Canterbury’s clear victory in the tennis matches gave it nine points lead over Auckland in competition for the Tournament Shield. Victoria College was third, and Otago, who scored eight points, become the first winners of the new wooden spoon. The points were as follows: —
