At the annual meeting of the Canterbury Rugby Union to-night, it was decided after considerable discussion that the recommendation by the New Zealand Rugby Union that all the affiliated Unions should adopt the three scrum formation and abolish the wingforward position be adopted by Canterbury Rugby Union. Another resolution was that a protest be made to the New Zealand Union against the continued inter-change of visits with New South Wales, which took away the best players from Now Zealand in alternate
