Lang’s Move
TO BLOCK FEDERAL ACT. (Received March 15 at 7 p.m.) SYDNEY, March *l5. It is reported that the New South Wales State Government intends, without delay to institute in the High Court an action to test the legality of the Federal Financial Agreement Enforcement Act passed by the Federal House, and also intends to seek an injunction restraining the Commonwealth Attorney-General from putting the Act into effect.
