Independence Vote
FOE THE FILIPINOS. WASHINGTON, February 20. The United States Senate Territories Committee have agreed to the principle of the holding of an indepen donee plebiscite in the Phillippine Islands fifteen years after a new Constitution for the Islands has been adopted. It is estimated that independence would now be possible within nineteen years’ time.
